Short Silence Trek
Our 2 hours silence trek offers possibility to deep nature experience in nature reserve close to Oulu city at sea side. You will be guided to forest bathing and exercises of ecotherapy. It includes hiking in the forest, listening and feeling the atmosphere of forest and seaside, guided moments of connecting yourself into the nature, guided exercises of strenghtening the senses, sitting on hummock and enjoying the snack.
The trek is refreshing experience that offers possibility to let go off noise and hurry. It promotes well-being, calms down and opens room for clearer senses and deeper experiencing through silence and different guided moments of sensing. Relax and open your senses to listening, seeing, feeling, touching, tasting and connecting – and feel the effects on your well being!

Trek includes about 2 km walk in nature. This means we walk slowly and there is a lot of moments of being.
You need to have your own clothing according to the weather (waterproof if raining). We offer you picnic snack (sandwich and tea/coffee) in backpack. Exercises are based on forest bathing method (shinrin-yoku) and ecotherapy.
